C\u1ed9ng h\u01b0\u1edfng t\u1eeb (MRI) c\u00f9ng v\u1edbi si\u00eau \u00e2m, x-quang, c\u1eaft l\u1edbp vi t\u00ednh (CT), SPECT v\u00e0 PET\/CT l\u00e0 nh\u1eefng k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n h\u00ecnh \u1ea3nh \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn trong Y h\u1ecdc hi\u1ec7n \u0111\u1ea1i. So v\u1edbi c\u00e1c k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt ch\u1ee5p kh\u00e1c, MRI th\u1ec3 hi\u1ec7n \u01b0u \u0111i\u1ec3m v\u01b0\u1ee3t tr\u1ed9i trong vi\u1ec7c \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 c\u00e1c m\u00f4 m\u1ec1m, s\u1ee5n kh\u1edbp, g\u00e2n c\u01a1 v\u00e0 d\u00e2y ch\u1eb1ng. MRI cung c\u1ea5p nhi\u1ec1u h\u00ecnh \u1ea3nh kh\u00e1c nhau (T1, T2, PD, fatsat, IR\u2026) tr\u00ean t\u1ea5t c\u1ea3 h\u01b0\u1edbng axial, coronal, sagittal, oblique gi\u00fap cho vi\u1ec7c ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n \u0111\u1ea1t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c hi\u1ec7u su\u1ea5t t\u1ed1i \u0111a.
\nV\u1eady MRI ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng nh\u01b0 th\u1ebf n\u00e0o v\u00e0 l\u00e0m sao \u0111\u1ec3 ch\u00fang ta c\u00f3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c nh\u1eefng h\u00ecnh \u1ea3nh \u0111\u00f3? M\u1ed9t th\u1ef1c t\u1ebf quan tr\u1ecdng trong t\u1ea5t c\u1ea3 c\u00e1c \u0111i\u1ec1u n\u00e0y n\u1eb1m \u1edf proton Hydro, ch\u00fang ta c\u00f3 m\u1ed9t proton v\u1edbi hai tr\u1ea1ng th\u00e1i n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng n\u1eb1m ng\u01b0\u1ee3c h\u01b0\u1edbng nhau, m\u1ed9t ch\u1ec9 h\u01b0\u1edbng B\u1eafc v\u00e0 m\u1ed9t ch\u1ec9 h\u01b0\u1edbng Nam. T\u1eeb tr\u01b0\u1eddng c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c c\u1eb7p gh\u00e9p \u0111\u00f4i n\u00e0y s\u1ebd tri\u1ec7t ti\u00eau nhau v\u00e0 t\u1eeb tr\u01b0\u1eddng r\u00f2ng s\u1ebd l\u00e0 0). T\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u00e1c l\u01b0\u1ee1ng c\u1ef1c \u2013 l\u01b0\u1ee1ng c\u1ef1c n\u00f3i \u0111\u1ebfn s\u1ef1 t\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u00e1c gi\u1eefa hai proton hay gi\u1eefa proton v\u1edbi electron.<\/p>\n

Trong MRI, s\u00f3ng RF hay xung RF \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c truy\u1ec1n v\u00e0o b\u00ean trong b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n v\u00e0 t\u00edn hi\u1ec7u thu \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u1eeb c\u00e1c spin b\u1ecb t\u1eeb h\u00f3a (proton) trong c\u01a1 th\u1ec3<\/p><\/div>\n

H\u1ea1t nh\u00e2n c\u1ee7a m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 nguy\u00ean t\u1ed1, nh\u01b0 Hydro (1H) v\u00e0 Flo (19F), c\u00f3 nh\u1eefng t\u00ednh ch\u1ea5t n\u00e0y.
